Even though I breastfed Kairo for a short period of time, moving onto combination feeding with expressed breast milk and ultimately onto formula, I feel good about being able to give Kairo this wonderful start in life as the benefits for both myself and Kairo were immeasurable.
“When your baby is born their skin is very dry and it is important to use a wipe which provides gentle, thorough cleansing while protecting your baby’s delicate, sensitive skin.”
Following on from last week’s post TRAVELING TIPS FOR TINY TOTS, I would like to discuss my favourite traveling companions in more detail today.
Having the correct equipment and planning ahead has made traveling a pleasant experience for us. Most important for us is using a good car seat, a lightweight travel stoller, baby carrier and well prepared travel bag.
“It’s great to know that at the end of the day, despite one’s occupation they are human like me. Every mom has the same fears I do and every woman has the same aspirations in life. We all want to provide for our children and give them a better life than we had.” – Tendesayi Ncube
I have used BabyJoy diapers for Kairo since she was born. I am very happy with the results so far and I am happy to continue with BabyJoy Pants for as long as Kairo needs diapers. They absorb quickly, lock moisture away and have kept my baby’s delicate newborn skin dry between changes and free of rashes.
“I met DJ Zinhle through a mutual friend and we hit it off straight away. I love Zinhle & AKA’s style and fashion sense so I knew that when their precious little baby was born she would need some very trendy clothes to match her parents.”
I was looking for nursery furniture that would grow with my baby and that could be used for many years. I needed furniture that would look good and that would be functional in any space, whether it was a smaller or a larger room.
These are not necessarily essential items but they have definitely become my “extra pair of hands”.
After gathering as much information as possible about the the benefits of breastfeeding for our family, it was clear that here was no other option for us. All I wished for next was to make it a pleasant experience for all of us.
