Word of mouth is by far our most effective marketing tool; hence we focus so much on in-store customer experience. We want our customers to walk out feeling like they just had the ultimate tea experience. We are active on social media as well.

Although it started out with just headbands, we are busy expanding into tutus, dresses, maternity gowns and Christening gowns.
In the short period that she has been in business, she has created employment and earning opportunities for a number of people. Amy employs a full time seamstress, 2 packers and outsources different aspects of her business to local CMT’s (Cut, Make, Trim), printers and embroiderers.
When I was younger I always felt like I wanted to own my time and the spaces I got to move around throughout the day. So for many years I thought I would become a travel writer, diplomat or I would completely rebel and go become a monk in some remote area.
So what? Yes. So what if someone thinks my dreams are too small to their liking? So what if someone thinks I’m not capable of being a successful female entrepreneur? So what if someone thinks I’m not capable and lack skills to run a profitable company? How is that any of my business?
Never be content in the same position, always strive to do better that yesterday. Comfort zone is a very dangerous position for any business person to be in.
